Security is foundational to BidContext. Our customers trust us with sensitive tender, procurement and bid materials, and we are committed to protecting that information.

Your data stays yours

Customer data is isolated by organisation. Only your team can see your content, and that boundary is enforced centrally on every request, not left to individual code paths to remember.

Encrypted end to end

All connections to our website, API and real-time services are protected with TLS. Customer data stored in our databases, along with uploaded documents, is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption with managed keys.

We don't train AI on your content

Your documents, prompts and platform interactions are used only to deliver the workflows you asked for, such as search, analysis and drafting. We do not use customer content to train shared or general artificial intelligence models.

Strong account protection

Access to the platform requires authentication with signed, short-lived tokens. Multi-factor authentication is supported, and role-based permissions for administrators, members and viewers control what each user can see and do within their organisation.

Resilient infrastructure

The platform runs on audited cloud infrastructure within a private network. Production databases are backed up automatically with point-in-time recovery, deletion protection is enabled, and uploaded files are versioned so prior versions can be recovered.
